REQUIREMENTS:

Corresponding form to be completed and signed on behalf of the account owner or legal representative if the account belongs to a corporation, and fax it to 287-0508.

In the case of corporations, a copy of the legal capacity updated must be submitted, if the current Attorney in Fact is different from the one registered in RACSA’s database.
