REQUIREMENTS:
Corresponding form to be completed and signed on behalf of the account
owner or legal representative if the account belongs to a corporation.
Copy of legal ID card or passport (individuals)
Copy of legal capacity (with no more than one month of issuance) and legal representative’s legal ID card in the case of accounts belonging to companies.
If the procedure is to be carried out by a third person, additionally a note of authorization on behalf of the account owner and a copy of the third person’s legal ID card are required.
Time: On the date indicated by the customer.
In case of having a guarantee deposit, it must be indicated if this is to be kept or applied to be given back or to cancel any outstanding balance.
