REQUIREMENTS:
Corresponding form to be completed and signed on behalf of the account owner
or legal representative if the account belongs to a corporation.
Cancel the guarantee deposit, for an amount equal to the minimum quote of the service requested.
Copy of legal ID card or passport (individuals).
Copy of residential telephone bill in case of the Home Internet service.
Copy of legal capacity (with no more than one month of issuance) and legal representative’s legal ID card in the case of accounts belonging to companies.
