As of the date of signature of the contract and guarantee deposit payment, RACSA immediately delivers the complete or medium cabinet, depending on the type of contracting.

Which is the location of the Colocation Room?

The Colocation service has two locations. One is located in a room acclimatized with air condition on the 3d floor of RACSA’s Central Building and the second one in a room of equal conditions located at the RACSA-ZURQUÍ Teleport, Calle Blancos.

How is the Colocation Room accessed?

RACSA gives a magentic key and a key to the cabinet to each customer, which allows the access to the Room and respective cabinet contracted.
