RACSANET National and
International
(Frame Relay Network)
RACSA makes available the
RACSANET service to the companies –making use of the Frame Relay
Technology-, through which it can establish permanent "point-multipoint"
connections between the companies or other or other points of presence of a corporation, using one unique point of
connection by means of establishing permanent virtual channels (PVC), both
at a national and international level. This is done on the Frame Relay packets switched protocol, which allows speeds from 64 Kbps
(Kilobytes per second) up to 2Mbps (Megabytes per second).
Characteristics:
This service is performed
on the Frame Relay packets switched protocol, which allows speeds from 64 Kbps
(Kilobytes per second) up to 2Mbps (Megabytes per second). This protocol
is dynamically adapted to the bursty traffic generated on the local area networks (LAN).
The specialized national
network currently has nodes on the main metropolitan area centers of
population. In fact, this service has links to other frame relay networks,
like in the case of the ATM service (interoperationality between platforms).
Being based on a specific
technology, the service allows the simultaneous transmission of different
protocols and service on one same network. This way, it is shaping up as
an excellent solution for those users who require transportation of
several protocols with links adapted to specific traffic characteristics
and bandwidths.
Advantages:
- Saving network resources
to the customer
- Fastness in the
transportation of local area networks (LAN) on wide area networks (WAN).
- Possibility of links of
“point-multipoint” connection, which provides the customer the
connection with multiple places using one unique point of connection
establishing permanent virtual channels (PVC).
- It is dynamically
adapted to the bursty traffic generated on the local area networks (LAN)
- Optimizes the use of the
bandwidth due to the reason that the frame relay information packets
have a few bytes for the control of the network, compared to the amount
of useful load transmitted.
- It is an excellent
solution for those users who require the transportation of several
protocols with links adapted to specific traffic characteristics and
bandwidths.
- Transportation on very
reliable high speed networks.
- Transparent network for
transportation of any protocol, which allows the integration of services
- Service and Attention to
Damages 24 x 7
- High Availability
