RACSAGRAMA Service - Operation

To use RACSA’s telegram delivery service (RACSAGRAMA), the interested party must dial telephone number 1023, through which, an operator will answer the phone to process the message.

Other available means to access the service (prior checking out of possibility of collection) are:

• Through service of fax numbers: 2221-0622 ó 2221-0233
• Also, the interested party may appear in person at our Telecommunications Center (San José, 5th Avenue, between 0 and 1 Streets) to go through the procedure.

In all cases the customer must specify:

• Name and telephone number of whoever sends the telegram.
• Telephone number for collection.
• Addressee’s name and exact address.
• Addressee’s telephone.

Distribution systems:

• Home delivery.
• By PO Box.
• Via fax number.
• Through email address.
• At the Telecommunications Center of RACSA.
