RACSAGRAMA Service - Requirements

In the case of the telegraphy service, collection of the telegrams is mostly done by means of the telephone bill, since there is no prior requirement for the delivery of messages.

When a customer does not want it to be charged in the telephone bill, he/she may cancel in cash or else open an account with RACSA. For this procedure, the requirements are the following:

• Copy of the corporate legal ID.

• Provide telephone number.

Individual:

Original and copy of ID card, residence card or passport (must clearly indicate the date of expiration).

Corporation:

• Original and copy of ID card, residence card or passport (must clearly indicate the date of expiration), of the company’s legal proxy.

• Original and copy of corporate legal ID.

• Original and copy of legal capacity (one month of insurance).
