 Does RACSA’s Real Telex Service include the cost of RACSA’s Internet Service?

The use of the Real Telex Service is not linked to a RACSA Internet account, since the user may make use of any type of modality of access to Internet’s network.

The cost of the RACSA Internet service is invoiced separately and it is linked to a contract between both parties (user - RACSA) and it is independent from the Real Telex service.

 

Must I sign any contract to use RACSA’s Real Telex Service?

Yes, the "Application for the rendering of the RACSA’s Real Telex Service" must be duly filled out and signed.

 

Where can I acquire the RACSA’s Real Telex Service?

The service may be acquired by contacting the Corporative Customers Department, calling 22287-0603 or faxing 22287-0520, where an Account Executive will be helping you with the acquisition and follow-up process until the service begins to operate. Likewise, a message can be emailed to infoempresa@racsa.co.cr .

 

Which minimum technical requirements are necessary to access RACSA’s Real Telex Service?

To access RACSA’s Real Telex Service the following is required:

.  Access to Internet’s global network.

.  Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 or XP Operational System.

.  Pentium 166Mhz Equipment with 32 Mb RAM and 540 MB hard disk.

 

Who does the installation of RACSA’s Real Telex Service software?

The installation of the software necessary to use the Real Telex service is done by means of an installation CD handed over to the user upon the contract’s signature.

The user is configured with its Telex global network in the CD, which must be installed by the customer in a machine with access to the Internet network, for which there will be a corresponding follow-up on behalf of RACSA’s technical assistance.
