Virtual
Private Networks (VPDN) Service
The access service
through the virtual private network by means of telephone (VPDN)
allows the company subscribed to establish a remote connection to a
corporate network, using RACSA’s Internet protocol (IP) platform,
through which the users outside the company can have the benefits of a
private network using a public network. The connection can be made
from anywhere within the national territory in an agile, safe and
inexpensive way.
Through this service,
RACSA can provide, upon customer’s request, the connection’s security
by validating the users, using for this the authentication servers
residing in the company.
The collaborators of
such company who must frequently move around may continue connected
through access facilities like in the case of Intranet, which will
allow them to keep a constant communication. This service grants,
among other things, the possibility of performing applications such as
telework or customer-server type applications.
