900 ONLINE Internet

 Service description

The 900 ON LINE Service provides an easy access to RACSA’s Internet. It does not require signing a previous contract with the company or minimum rate to surf on Internet.

With this way of entering Internet those persons and companies that have computers with access to the network options are benefited. By this means, they can use email and surf, among other applications.

The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to be used any time without previous requirements.

Service characteristics

  • The cost is ¢7,00 per minute.
  • It does not require signing a contract with RACSA.
  • The customer only pays for the time used, since it does not have a minimum rate.
  • The service is charged through monthly telephone bill.

•  Access to RACSA’s Customer Service.

•  This service does not provide email boxes within the @racsa.co.cr domain, however, a free email box can be obtained on www.costarricense.cr.

•  The cost of the telephone call is not included in the rate.

Exceptions:

The following will not be able to have access to Internet through the number 900-ON LINE:

  • The telephones belonging to the Government
  • The telephones that due to any special reason do not send their number to the number they are calling, in which case they can use a minimum quote plan.
  • The customers who have voluntarily requested to be excluded from the 900-ON LINE service.
  • Those customers who have not cancelled the charges of a telephone bill and who remain delinquent.
  • The maximum number of hours to be consumed by a customer is 36 monthly. Upon meeting said time automatically the service will be blocked. The customer may use more than 36 hours faxing a note to 2287-0508, indicating that he/she accepts to use the service and that the charge be made through the telephone bill.
