1. How can I get connected to RACSA's Internet network?
One of the ways of access to the service is through a telephone call (dialup connection) to the number 1134, using a modem installed on the user's modem, for him/her to make the connection up to RACSA's closest point of access.
2. Which are the characteristics and rates of the different plans of Internet via telephone?
RACSA offers a variety of plans of connection to Internet via telephone, adaptable to the customer's different needs, due to which each plan gas different characteristics: (it takes you to the access plans info)
3. Which is the cost per additional hour of the Internet plans?
All the plans offer a cost per additional traffic hour of US$0,90 excepting Limitless Internet since it does not have a minimum of free hours, and in the case of Personal Internet the additional hour has a 50% discount in the night schedule (10:00 p.m.-7.00 a.m.)
4. Is the cost of the telephone call included in each plan's minimum quote?
No. The cost of the telephone call is not included in the minimum quote or in the surplus traffic hours is charged independently in the telephone bill.

No. The customer will be responsible for the equipment's installation and configuration, as well of acquiring the software required to access the Internet network.
